To setup a new account please complete our new account form. You can
download it from the link below or ask us to fax you a copy.

Minimum order for shipping is $200.00

Minimum order for pickup from our warehouse is $100.00

For new customers, new orders will have to be prepaid by cheque, C.O.D.
(Cash or Certified Cheque Only), Visa, or MasterCard until a credit account
is established.

No returns will be accepted unless they are for defects or breakages that
we are responsible for and they are reported within 3 business days of
receipt of goods.

To qualify for purchasing, customers must have a retail business license
for giftware.

Please note on delivery receipt all visible damages to outer shipping
cartons before signing for shipment with carriers.
