Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is your minimum order?

A: Minimum order for shipping is $200.00.  Minimum order for pickup from our warehouse is $100.00.  Minimum opening order is $200.00.

Q: When should I expect my order to arrive.

A: If all the items that you ordered are in stock, we will ship your order the next business day.  Please note that during the busy trade show seasons we prioritize by the date that we receive the orders and we do our best to ship your order within one week.

Please let us know if you would like your order to be rushed when ordering during the trade show seasons.  If some of the items that you ordered are not available at the time of shipping, we will contact you before shipping your order.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: Shipping costs depend on the products that you ordered and your location.  Larger items that are shipped on pallets by trucking lines usually cost more to ship.  Smaller items shipped by couriers are less expensive.  We can provide you with the shipping costs before shipping your order.

Q: Who do you ship by?

A: We use Canpar or Fedex for smaller shipments.  We use trucking lines for larger shipments on pallets.  We always compare the rates of the different carries to provide you with the lowest rate available.  If you would like to use your own carrier, please let us know when placing your order.  Generally our rates are very competitive due to our large shipping volumes.

Q: What do I do in case of damages?

A:  Please note any visible damages to the shipping cartons on the carriers shipment receipt. Please contact us as soon as you inspect the products and we will resolve any issues promptly. 

Q: What do I do in case of shortages?

A: We have a triple check system when picking and packing your order.  Please ensure that you received and signed for all the cartons that were shipped to you and if not, please contact us so we can trace your missing packages.

Q: Can I pickup my order?

A: Yes, just please let us know a day ahead so we can have your order ready for pickup during weekdays.

Q: I live in a remote area, can I pickup my order at the closest major city?

A: Yes, we can ship your order to be held at the city terminal for pickup.  We will arrange to have your order arrive at a convenient date for your.

Q: What happens to my backorders?

A: We always try to ship your order complete and we always have more than 95% of the items in stock.  If the value of the backordered items exceeds $50.00 then we will place these items on a backorder and will notify you before shipping the backordered items.  Otherwise please reorder any items that were not in stock at the time of your order.   

Q: Do you sell to the public?

A: No, we are strictly wholesale only and we only deal with retail stores.
